The Fund seeks to match the share price returns of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF up to a specified upside Cap, while providing a Buffer against the first 10% of Underlying ETF losses from August 1, 2023 to July 31, 2024. The Fund invests its net assets in FLexible EXchange Options that reference the Underlying ETF.
