This Innovator Laddered Allocation Buffer ETF aims to replicate the investment performance of the MerQube US Large Cap Equity Buffer Laddered Index. The referenced index allocates equally across twelve separate Innovator U.S. Equity Buffer ETFs. These individual ETFs are structured to capture potential gains from U.S. equities, up to a predetermined cap, while also providing protection against the initial 9% of any U.S. equity market downturns.
