To fully benefit from the Fund's proposed outcomes, shareholders must retain their investment from the beginning to the end of the specified Outcome Period. There is no certainty that the anticipated outcomes for an Outcome Period will come to fruition, nor that the Fund's overarching investment objective will be achieved.
