The Innovator Growth Accelerated Plus ETF is designed to offer investors amplified upside potential relative to the Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ), specifically targeting three times (3x) the positive performance of QQQ, up to a predetermined cap. Crucially, it aims to limit downside exposure to approximately a one-to-one (1x) basis, meaning losses are not magnified like gains. These performance objectives are measured over annual outcome periods. While the ETF can be held for any duration, its return targets reset at the conclusion of each one-year period.
