This fund dedicates at least 80% of its net assets, combined with any borrowed capital utilized for investment, to a varied selection of equity-based instruments or other investments designed to offer similar economic exposure to stocks. These investments may consist of common shares of U.S. companies listed on exchanges, futures contracts tied to stock indices, and/or exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that track prominent U.S. large-capitalization benchmarks, such as the S&P 500 Index.
