VanEck Energy TruSector ETF is an actively managed fund that seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing in securities of energy-related companies or instruments that provide exposure to energy-related companies. Unlike traditional sector funds, which are forced by Registered Investment Company (RIC) diversification rules to underweight the largest companies in a sector's benchmark, TruSector ETFs are designed to deliver full market-cap sector exposure, more closely mirroring how the broader market actually defines and weights the Energy sector.
