The Innovator U.S. Equity Ultra Buffer ETF is designed to mirror the returns of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY), up to a specified maximum gain. It also aims to shield investors from losses occurring between -5% and -35% throughout each defined outcome period. While suitable for continuous ownership, the fund's protective and cap features are refreshed at the conclusion of every roughly annual cycle.
