Company Overview
Xtant Medical Holdings, Inc., a company based in Belgrade, Montana, specializes in the development, production, and distribution of advanced regenerative medicine products and medical devices. The firm primarily serves orthopedic and neurological surgeons both within the United States and globally. Its comprehensive product portfolio is categorized into several key areas: 1. Biomaterial Offerings: This category includes products like OsteoSponge, which provides a natural structural support for cellular growth and introduces vital bone-forming proteins to aid the healing process. OsteoSponge SC is specifically designed to repair bone defects in the subchondral area of joints. Other items are OsteoSelect DBM Putty, fostering osteoinductive bone regeneration, and OsteoSelect PLUS DBM Putty, which functions as a bone void filler and graft substitute for procedures involving the pelvis, extremities, and posterolateral spine. Additionally, the line features OsteoFactor, containing diverse proteins and peptides that facilitate bone formation and remodeling, along with OsteoWrap and OsteoVive Plus, a cellular bone matrix enriched with growth factors. 2. Allograft Technologies: Under the 3Demin brand, Xtant Medical provides a range of allografts (human bone grafts) engineered to maximize both osteoconductivity and osteoinductive capabilities. This includes specialized sports allografts used for repairing anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments, ACL reconstruction, and meniscal repairs. They also offer milled spinal allografts, where cortical bone is precisely shaped to specific dimensions, as well as traditional allografts applicable across numerous medical disciplines such such as orthopedics, neurology, podiatry, oral/maxillofacial surgery, genitourinary, and plastic/reconstructive surgery. 3. Spinal Fixation and Fusion Systems: The company furnishes a variety of sophisticated spinal devices. These include the Certex spinal fixation system, Spider cervical plating, Axle interspinous fusion, Silex Sacroiliac joint fusion, the Xpress minimally invasive pedicle screw system, and Fortex Pedicle screw systems. Further systems encompass Calix, for use in cervical and thoracolumbar regions, the Axle-X interspinous fusion system, Irix-C for cervical integrated fusion, and the Irix-A Lumbar integrated fusion system.
